Booking Guidelines

Here's what you need to know before booking.

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required in order to hold your appointment slot. (Except for Travel Consultation which needs to be paid in full for the booking.) 

• !!! HAIR PACKS ARE PROVIDED FOR KNOTLESS BRAIDZ AND BOHO BRAIDZ  for only the following colors: 1, 1B, 2, and 4 !!! If you prefer a different color then you must buy the hair BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. You will be asked to reschedule if you show up with no hair packs.  If you have difficulty finding the hair packs shown in the Visual Shopping List (click on the "Visual Shopping List" at the bottom of the website), please contact for help if needed. 

• The late arrival fee is $25 for 20 minutes or over. 

• Appointments must be booked 24-48 hours in advance. No same-day appointments are accepted.

• Appointments can be rescheduled if made 24-48 hours in advance.  

• For Braidz services, please come to your appointment with hair washed, dried, and free of products.

• For any natural locz appointment, please do not wash your locz. Contact for instructions. If you have a product preference, please email and notify.

• Expect a response to your messages within a 24-48 hour time frame.
